Be the Doers; Not the Hearers

hey, I know you guys prefer pictures more than reading words in blogs. But please ;) read this!

I'm feeling guilt hardly! Its been a long time that I've never wrote about christianity? I think so?

Anyways, just got back from cg few hours ago, and prayer truly helps alot lot. Honestly, within this week, I seldom pray at nights, and all my devotions I've thrown them by aside. Am confessing my sins tonight? Not sure. But today's topic wakes me up. "ARE YOU FOR REAL?" Add on, there's been touched though that just few of us coming for cell tonight. The prayers, the testimonies, the fellowship. Cg is always exciting me. What we've learned?

TO BE DOERS OF GOD'S WORD AND NOT HEARERS.

James 1:23-25

Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it, he will be blessed in what he does.

It means to say that what we've learned and read from the bible or sermons even testimonies from you friends, we shouldn't just listen to it and doing nothing. Means to be not serious in things of God. We should have things in mind "let's do it for Him". Serve, Worship, Study. Of course it may be difficult sometimes, but we can pray for wisdom of God. [Question: how will God bless us when we take seriously His word in our everyday life ] We will be blessed! things will just go the way we want! isnt it? yes it is.

Sometimes, people may say that you are perfectly holy or you are "freak", cause of all these kind of words that people tell you, you started to turn away from God and will act like you are not eventhough you are. But sometimes, how you're being will show that christian are different from other religions. Christianity is a realtionship with God and we know God personally. We shouldn't follow the crowds but not Him, without Him.

QUICK TO HEAR; SLOW TO SPEAK; SLOW TO ANGER. :D
